Please be aware that in many Kenwood car stereo units, using the
BLUE wire to turn on or power up devices such as amplifiers will
cause symptoms like not getting sound from certain sources, remotes
not functioning, not getting all information on screens, etc.
In order to avoid these issues, we recommend NOT USING the BLUE wire
for anything other than a power antenna trigger connection if so
required by your vehicle. If you have a power amplifier, make
sure the BLUE/WHITE wire is used, that is the purpose of that
wire.
Please do not request more than one return per
item without checking
your RMA status first.
