Ordering
  • All orders must be placed through our internet shopping system or through our telephone representatives.  For phone orders, please make sure you are in front of a computer so we can verify security information
  • We only ship to credit card verified addresses (billing address), and do not drop ship or ship to alternate addresses.
    A verified credit card address is the address that the statement for that card is received.
  • PayPal customers:  Please make sure your PayPal account has a CONFIRMED address.  Please note we can ONLY ship to the address on the PayPal account, even if the address on the order is different.
  • Pick up at our warehouse is allowed, but payment must be made at time of pickup with VISA/MasterCard/American Express or Cash.  PayPal payments are not allowed for pickup.
Shipping
  • All orders are processed on the same business day.  (Monday through Friday only, NOT Saturdays or Sundays or Holidays)
  • Please allow 2 to 6 working days for your shipment to arrive.
  • We ship all orders via UPS. 
  • Tracking information and your electronic invoice will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. 
  • Credit cards are approved and charged at time of order. If an item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued immediately.
  • USA and Puerto Rico Orders:  PayPal, VISA, MasterCard are welcome.
  • Canada orders: PayPal is the only accepted method for Canadian orders, our processor does not have the capability to confirm international addresses.  PayPal account must have a Confirmed Address on record.
  • Below is a map showing estimated transit times for UPS Ground from our warehouse.
    Transit times are ESTIMATES ONLY and are not guaranteed!

Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges are automatically figured by our shopping cart system. 
  • From time to time, some items may include a free shipping promotion, which means that the specific item that has the promotion will ship at no charge.  If other items that do not qualify for the free shipping promotion are added to the order, the system will figure shipping charges only for those items.

UPS Canada Standard
  • Orders to Canada shipped via UPS Standard will incur BROKERAGE FEES.  See chart below
    The BROKERAGE FEE will be collected by UPS at the time of delivery with any DUTY/TAX.
  • Orders to Canada shipped UPS Worldwide Expedited DO NOT incur the brokerage fee.
  • We do not ship via USPS.

Returns and Exchanges
  • Our standard policy for returns is 7 days from date of receipt.
  • Returned items must be not worn or used/installed, original tags must be attached, no wires cut or used.  The item must be returned in the product box if delivered in one, and with no visible wear or damage. 
    ALL RETURNS FOR REFUND WILL BE ASSESSED A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
  • Please use our RMA Request system for a Return Authorization (RA) number
  • Packages without an RA number will not be accepted by our warehouse
  • Returns for a refund due to customer error or change of mind or delivery refusal will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.  If item being returned for a refund was shipped under a free shipping promotion, the prevailing UPS rate amount of shipping will also be deducted from the refund.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Please send back the package securely wrapped, via prepaid and insured UPS.
  • We do not accept any product returns shipped C.O.D.
  • The cost to send merchandise back to us would be comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable.  Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.  If an item is received defective, we will replace the item with a another one; however, shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back will not be covered or reimbursed. The replacement product will be shipped back to you at our cost, and will make sure that the replacement order is processed as quickly as possible.

 

Warranty Information & Terms of Use
  • Products carry a salectronics.com (that's us) for the length  of time specified on the actual product page, and varies from product to product.
  • Product warranty applies to defects in workmanship for the specified amount on the product detail page, and excludes the following:
    1. Damage, deterioration or failure resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized
      product modification or failure to follow instructions contained in the users operating manual
    2. Damage, deterioration or failure resulting from water or other elements.

    3. Damage, deterioration or failure resulting from repair or attempted repair by anyone not
      authorized by salectronics.com or its appointed agent.

    4. Damage, deterioration or failure resulting from the installation of parts or accessories
      that do not conform to the quality or specifications of the original parts or accessories.

    5. Damage, deterioration or failure resulting from incorrect or sub-standard installation of
      the product.

    6. Products which the serial number have been tampered with.

  • All warranty claims must be done through our RMA system (link above). 
  • Warranty shipments are paid by buyer (from you to us) and we will pay the return freight (from us to you UPS Ground only) of the replacement/ repair.  The cost to send merchandise back to us would be comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable.  Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.  If an item is received defective, we will replace the item with a another one; however, shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back will not be covered or reimbursed.   • All warranty items will be tested, repaired and shipped back within 10 business days of receipt.
  • We may choose to exchange your item at our discretion and ONLY if the item is within the warranty period.  We do this in case the item will take too long to repair or is unrepairable.
  • Returns shipped without a Return Authorization number will be rejected at our warehouse.
  • All items are shipped insured.  Claims for damaged items during transit must be reported within 3 days of arrival through our RMA system.  You MUST keep ALL packaging materials (boxes, etc.) and items EXACTLY the way it was received for carrier's inspection.  We will not be responsible for carrier's denial of claim for untimely report of damage or for missing materials for inspection.
  • salectronics.com will not be responsible for inconsequential monetary or other damages to property or persons, nor for installation, loss of use, freight or any other charges.  salectronics.com's maximum legal liability will be for the cost of purchased goods less 15%.  Legal venue for any claims will be San Diego, California.
